Traditional Employee Benefit plans provide a great base of financial insurance against illness, accidents or premature death. However, when Executives are part of these benefits plans, due to their higher-than-average incomes, they are often unable to obtain full coverage under the salary-based benefits.

We often recommend the use of Individual insurance contracts to supplement the Group Benefits program. These contracts can be used to top-up the group disability insurance, provide additional Critical Illness insurance and provide key-person life insurance coverage.

Our goal is to financially protect the Executive and their family, and financially protect the corporation against the risk of a serious illness, accident or death.
